1. We are Vinter AI Recruitment Ltd (“Vinter AI”, “we”) and we own and operate this website (the “Site”)and provide related and ancillary services (collectively “Services”)

If you disagree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Vinter AI, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

You expressly understand and agree that Vinter AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Vinter AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from the use or the inability to use the Site or Services.
